I started my journey in sustainability by studying Environmental Studies with an emphasis in conservation, land management, and sense of place. I then went on to an internship In Thailand, learning about wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism. Journaling the experience helped me to realize the importance of sharing the knowledge I was gaining with the world, and how much fun it was to write about It!

As someone who loves to make impulse purchases, travel, and experience different cultures, and who also spent 4 years studying how those two things degrade the environment, I am determined to find solutions that allow me to do those things sustainably.
